Finding the right fit ensures maximum comfort and effectiveness. Our weighted belts are designed to fit snugly without restricting movement—here’s how to choose your perfect size.
How to Measure
The weighted belt can be worn in two positions:
On your waist (most common): Measure around your belly button. Best for walking, Pilates, and yoga.
On your hips: Measure around the top of your hip bones. Best for running or dancing.
Measuring tip: Use a soft measuring tape. Stand naturally—don’t suck in. The tape should be snug but not tight.

Frequently Asked Questions
Should I measure my waist or hips?
Most customers prefer waist placement for strength training and Pilates. Hip placement works better for walking. You can switch between positions.
How tight should the belt be?
Snug but not restrictive. You should be able to fit two fingers between the belt and your body.
What do I do if the weights rub my hip bones?
Remove the weights from those pockets and double up the weights in two other pockets for a more comfortable fti.
Can I exchange if the size isn’t right?
Yes! We offer easy exchanges within 30 days. Contact us and we’ll send the right size.
Do the sizes run true?
